This website is based on WordPress, which makes it incredibly user friendly and easy to use. No programming or coding is required. Everything comes with a user friendly interface. It’s great for beginners. You don’t need to have any special knowledge about websites. In the email I send out to the winner, I explain everything step by step on how to run the website.Additionally this website setup to run on autopilot, which means it automatically posts new content every day, and updates itself, so no maintenance is required.
I developed an AI that reads and analyzes the latest news on the internet about topics relevant to the categories of the website. Once it finds a relevant topic for the niche, it will read dozens of news articles about the same topic from different news source. When it has gathered enough information, it will write a unique article about that topic using 400 - 800 words. This AI system sets it apart from other AI solutions that just rewrite existing news articles. My AI writes the articles from scratch based on information from dozens of sources. The AI is developed to work as similar as real news media outlets work. The vast majority of articles published by major news websites have authors and editors getting their information by reading other news websites where a story originally broke, and then write their own article about it. I developed the AI to works almost identical, by reading and analyzing the latest news on the internet, from dozens of different news sources about topics relevant to the categories of the website. The website has a plugin installed, which automatically connects to the AI to check if new articles are available. If a new article is available, the plugin will add the article to the website, including a title, an image and will assign it to the relevant category.

I can offer any language that ChatGPT supports. Please note, as I do not have control over the quality of ChatGPTs translation, it is important that you first check with ChatGPT directly to see how good the translation from English to your preferred language is. Head over to ChatGPT and ask it to translate an article from English to your preferred language.
The images for the articles come from multiple sources, such as public domain, royalty-free and no-permission-needed image repositories like unsplash.com, pixabay.com etc. as well as from search engines and social media which have images tagged under the creative commons licence. Additionally, when required, AI generated images are being created.
The AI currently supports around 30 niches (see FAQ for list of niches). As it takes several weeks to train the AI for a specific niche, it is not possible to create content for a niche that is not yet trained. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for something specific.
Yes. The automated AI plugin does not prevent you to use the website as a regular website. You can add your own articles to existing categories or create new categories.
Yes, absolutely! My websites have an SEO plugin installed, which will help you with basics of search engine optimization.
The website automatically adds content to the website several times a day. I have also created the website so it automatically updates WordPress itself, as well as all plugins and themes that are installed.This way the website runs as automated as possible, keeping the maintenance to virtually nothing.
I cannot give an exact figure on how much you can earn with this website, because it depends multiple factors, such as how you advertise the website, if you use free advertising methods or paid advertising methods, and what ad networks you will be using to monetize the website.Some website owners earn nothing with their websites because they don’t advertise it, others earn $50 a month because they invest a bit into advertising, and others again who are willing to invest extra time into the website, can earn a few $100 a month.Please don’t expect any unrealistic earnings, keep in mind, this is a new starter website with little traffic as of yet.In the email I send out to the winner of this auction, I will include a list of 15 different advertising programs that you can sign up with, so you can monetize the website.

The theme also comes with a full lifetime license and does not require any renewal fees. I also include free premium web hosting (if needed) for all websites purchased from me for as long as you own the website. I made sure that there are no hidden fees involved, no subscription required, no recurring fees. The auction cost covers everything.
AdSense accounts cannot be transferred. If you do not already have an AdSense account, you would need to create a new one here. Once you have your own approved AdSense account, you can simply login to the admin panel of the website and replace the current AdSense code with the one from your own AdSense account.
I have no control over the decision of Google AdSense, for that reason I cannot guarantee that your website will get accepted. That being said, all of my own websites did get accepted by Google AdSense without any issues. So far I have no heard from a single customer that their websites got rejected by AdSense. If you do not get accepted the first time around, you can always make some changes and then apply again.
